2. Services

Premier Black Limo LLC provides luxury limousine transportation services. Our services are available by prior booking and are subject to availability.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting our customer service.

  • Payments are processed securely via Paysafe.com.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any additional charges incurred during the ride (such as tolls, waiting time, or extra stops) will be charged to the payment method provided.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

  • Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner.

  • Smoking, drinking, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the limousine.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the responsible party.

6. Liability

  • Premier Black Limo LLC is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the vehicle.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, USA.
