Premier Black Limo LLC strives to provide exceptional service. If you are not satisfied, refunds are processed based on the conditions below.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled ride.

  • If a driver fails to arrive due to company fault, a full refund will be issued.

3. Partial Refunds

  • If a service disruption occurs due to external factors (e.g., traffic delays, weather), a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • If a customer decides to terminate the ride early, no refunds will be issued.

4. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (Paysafe.com).

6. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to show up at the designated pickup location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to legal action to recover funds.
